Returning Your Order
You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days following the date of delivery, provided you or the recipient notify us by email email@example.com or phone 01797 222802 within this period. You have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods provided they are in unused condition. We will refund the cost of outward delivery if all items that form part of an order are returned.
You will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to Plaristo. A refund can only be given for items returned which on inspection are in perfect condition. The return address is as follows:

The above conditions do not supersede your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act regarding goods which can be deemed as of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, faulty or not as described.
Occasionally, goods are damaged in transit. If your purchase is delivered to you broken or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, including P&P. We require you to notify us as soon as possible and at most within 7 days after the date of delivery, by email, firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 01797 222802 or by letter to Plaristo of Rye, 23 High Street, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7JF.
We may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage to the goods and/or the packaging to confirm the damage and to pass this evidence to the delivery company. Once we have confirmed that the goods have been delivered damaged, we will refund the full cost, including P&P. This may take up to 14 days to arrive in your account or on your card. Alternatively, we will supply a like-for- like replacement, free of charge.
If you have bought a working product from Plaristo, a lamp for example, and it proves to be faulty, and has not been misused or damaged sfter being delivered, you can claim a full refund including P&P within the first 30 days after purchase.
If the item proves to be faulty within the first 6 months, and has not been misused or damaged by the customer, Plaristo will endeavour to repair or replace the item, or make a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.
